Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, currency, payment authorization, charges, order confirmation, and refund procedures used by Tiknulujiya.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Tiknulujiya accepts the payment methods displayed as available during checkout.

These may include:

Visa;
Mastercard; and
Other payment methods enabled and displayed at checkout.

Only the payment methods shown during checkout are available for a particular order.

2. Currency

All prices and transactions on Tiknulujiya.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Fees imposed by a customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider are determined by that institution and are not controlled by Tiknulujiya.

3. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers and Shopify’s ecommerce checkout platform.

Tiknulujiya does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to fulfillment.

4. Payment Authorization

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention checks.

An order may be reviewed, delayed, declined, or cancelled when:

Payment authorization fails;
Payment information is incomplete or incorrect;
Billing information cannot be verified;
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected; or
The payment provider declines the transaction.

If payment cannot be authorized, the order will not proceed to fulfillment.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Tiknulujiya may update product prices, availability, or inaccurate product information.

Price changes generally do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and correction is permitted by applicable law.

6. Taxes and Charges

Applicable taxes may be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order and delivery information.

Customers can review the complete order total before submitting payment.

Standard shipping is free on all United States orders.

7. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The confirmation may include:

Order number;
Products purchased;
Order total;
Billing information; and
Shipping information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Fulfillment remains subject to successful payment authorization and applicable order review.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, verify:

Card number;
Expiration date;
Billing address;
Available funds or credit; and
Restrictions imposed by the card issuer.

Tiknulujiya cannot override a payment provider’s authorization decision.

9. Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or see an unrecognized transaction, contact support@tiknulujiya.com.

Include your order number, full name, order email address, transaction date, transaction amount, and a description of the issue.

Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive payment credentials by email.

10. Refund Payments

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once we receive an eligible returned product, Tiknulujiya will inspect it and issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 5 calendar days.

After the refund is issued, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. This additional posting time is controlled by the financial institution and is not part of Tiknulujiya’s five-calendar-day refund processing period.
