Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Tiknulujiya. This Refund Policy explains our return, refund, exchange, cancellation, and warranty procedures.

1. 30-Day Return Period

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, including eligible change-of-mind returns.

To begin a return, contact support@tiknulujiya.com before mailing the product. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must generally:

Be unused or only lightly tested;
Be in its original condition;
Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and other included components;
Not show signs of misuse, excessive wear, physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification; and
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number.

Products returned with missing components, substantial damage, unauthorized modifications, or signs of use beyond reasonable testing may not qualify for a full refund.

These restrictions do not apply when the product arrived defective, was damaged during delivery, or was incorrectly shipped by Tiknulujiya.

3. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

To request a return, email:

Please provide:

Your order number;
Your full name;
The email address used for the order;
The product name or model;
The reason for the return; and
Photos or videos showing the issue, when applicable.

After approving the request, our customer support team will provide return instructions and a downloadable prepaid return label.

Do not mail a product until you have received return authorization and instructions from Tiknulujiya.

The return instructions supplied by our customer support team will confirm the applicable address.

Products mailed without authorization or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Tiknulujiya provides a free prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Customers will not be charged for the return label when the return has been approved under this policy.

The prepaid return label will be provided electronically for the customer to download, print, and attach to the return package.

Customers are responsible for packaging the product securely and delivering the labeled package to the applicable shipping carrier.

Additional shipping services selected independently by the customer, including expedited return shipping or packaging services, will not be reimbursed unless approved by Tiknulujiya in advance.

6. Restocking Fees

Tiknulujiya does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 5 calendar days.

We will notify you by email after the refund has been issued.

After Tiknulujiya issues the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This additional posting time is controlled by the financial institution and is not part of Tiknulujiya’s five-calendar-day refund processing period.

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to product availability.

An exchange may be requested when:

A product arrived defective;
A product arrived damaged;
The wrong product was shipped; or
Another eligible exchange request is approved.

Contact support@tiknulujiya.com within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Tiknulujiya will provide a prepaid return label for an approved exchange when the original product must be returned.

9. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products

Contact support@tiknulujiya.com within 30 calendar days after delivery if your order:

Arrived damaged;
Contains a defective product;
Contains the wrong product; or
Is missing an item.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos when applicable.

For an eligible claim, Tiknulujiya will provide an appropriate resolution, such as replacement, exchange, or refund, and will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment or shipping.

To request cancellation, contact support@tiknulujiya.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, an eligible product may be returned under this Refund Policy.

11. One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible Tiknulujiya products include a one-year limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing defects and functional failures occurring during normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Accidental or customer-caused damage;
Liquid or water damage;
Misuse or improper installation;
Normal cosmetic wear;
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications; or
Compatibility issues caused by using an unsupported device, connection, or operating system.

Warranty support may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

To request warranty assistance, email support@tiknulujiya.com with your order number, product information, a description of the problem, and supporting photos or videos when applicable.
